RULES & REGULATIONS FOR CONVOCATION

• Candidate who wishes to get awarded the degree on the day of convocation are required to go through the procedure of online registration, as decided by the institution.
• Degree Requisition form is to be filled online.
• Candidate applying has to pay a charge of Rs.200/- for the Degree Requisition form, during Submission at BIMS admin office before 10th june between 9.30am to 5.00pm (Rs.100.00 Registration Fee + Rs.100.00 Graduation Coat rent.)
• Who wants to avail degree in the convocation function should wear convocation(Graduation) Coat & cap. This is compulsory for all the students , Please note that the Degree shall not be awarded to the student, without the Graduation Coat & cap.
• Students and guest to occupy their seats prior to commencement of program. Late joining is strictly prohibited.
• If student wants to bring guest then Guest's name have to be registered by payment of Rs.100(per guest).
• Students have to display highest standards of discipline during the ceremony. Hooting, whistling , shouting and like shall be entailed to disciplinary actions.
• Students enrolling for convocation should be allowed to come in White suit & Dark brown/Black Trouser.
• College gate will be closed at 5.00 PM sharp so please enter inside the campus before 5.00 PM.
• Students are requested to deposit the fee at BIMS by 15th of june 2018 after registraining in the online form.
• Students are requsted to submit the photocopy of degree along with university folder to Ms.Urvi Khatau and same will be given by the degnistrits on the convocation day. Please do not forget to submit at along with fee deposittion.
